✓ Arrange showings to visit homes you like 

✓ Write and negotiate of a purchase and sale agreement AKA offer 

✓ Relay all necessary documents and nuances of the transaction to my transaction coordinator so I can focus on YOU and negotiating the transaction at every step

✓ Coordinate all necessary steps after mutual acceptance of your offer (WOO!) while communicating with you consistently throughout the process to reach closing 

✓ Work closely with the escrow company to ensure all needed documents are in order and completed in a timely manner
